[SDL] "SDL Powered" logo?

  I was certain I'd seen one, so I poked around the
libsdl.org page looking for it, but I came up
empty-handed.
  Until, of course, I noticed that there was a .gif in
the upper-left hand corner of every page.  I hate it
when I overlook the obvious :)

  Of course, a logo contest would still be a cool
