[SDL] CVS update

Changes specific to SDL 1.1:
 * Implemented multimedia joystick support on Win32
 * Added BDirectWindow fullscreen support on BeOS

Changes in both SDL 1.0 and 1.1:
 * Fixed spurious X11 mouse focus events at ALT-ENTER
 * Perform input ungrab at video quit, just in case
 * Corrected X11 depth reporting in SDL_VideoModeOK()
