[SDL] MacOS: Command-Q

I would like to implement the Apple-Q or Command-Q
using SDL, except I don't want to actually create a
menu resource and modify SDL internally to support it.

Is the Command key supported under the SDL Sym keys?
Is it represented by the modifier keys (perhaps Meta) ?
